Cork Street Open Exhibition
Contest Description
The Annual Cork Street Open Art Exhibition for Charity is an International Open Exhibition of contemporary fine art held to showcase both emerging and established artists while raising funds and increasing the profile of a selected charity. Prizes in excess of £10,000 GBP plus an exhibition in the heart of London’s West End.
In the past two years 4 of the 7 prize awards have gone to photographs.
The 2010 selected charity is Children with Leukaemia, the UK’s leading charity dedicated to fighting Britain’s biggest childhood cancer.
Any artist living anywhere in the world may enter. All work must be original, conceived and executed solely by the artist, and completed within the past 18 months, without instructional assistance.
All media except reproductions, film and video are eligible for exhibition. Work cannot exceed 60in (152cm) in any direction (inclusive of packing if coming from abroad) or 75 lbs. in weight. There will be no provision for work requiring electricity or special installation.

Prize Details: £5,000 Grand Prize, £2,500 Runner Up, £2,500 Visitor's Choice.All 2010 Prize Winners will be invited to participate in a curated group exhibition in London the following year.Eligibility: International
