The World Energy Council is pleased to present the Energy Photo of the Year Competition 2010, with the theme “Energy for All”. Submitted images will be judged by a panel of energy experts.
Winning entries will be displayed during the World Energy Congress 2010 in Montreal this September.
Contest Prize & TERMS
PRIZE DETAILS: $1000 CAN Dollars for 1st Prize
ELIGIBILITY: 18+ / Worldwide
COPYRIGHT: By submitting their photo or photos to this Competition, participants grant WEC the right to use the photograph(s) free of charge in any way it deems appropriate. Purposes include, but are not limited to: administering the Competition; publication of the photograph on WEC’s website; use of the photograph in print or electronic media; display at exhibitions or third party premises; publication in a collection of such photographs in any and all media, including in literature and promotional materials in connection with WEC and as part of WEC Photo Competition promotional materials. WEC reserves the right to keep all submitted images in WEC Photo Archive for an unlimited time and to make them freely available to WEC members and other authorised parties for use. Entrants shall not object to any cropping or other minor alteration of their photographs when used by WEC outside the remit of this Competition.
