SPFLogo2012sm_web The Sedona Arts Center is Northern Arizona’s oldest nonprofit arts organization dedicated to nurturing creative discovery, learning and sharing through arts education and artistic development. Sedona PhotoFest 2012 Southwest Photography Competition, Symposium and Exhibition is our second biennial photography festival. Sedona PhotoFest 2012 is an opportunity for photography enthusiasts to discover Sedona’s red rock beauty and learn from some of the best photographers in the country in a stimulating but intimate environment.

Photographs submitted may be taken worldwide. Entries must be nature photographs taken between January 1, 2011 and April 13, 2012.

Sedona PhotoFest’s Open Competition seeks to offer photography enthusiasts a chance to win over a $1,000 in prizes. In addition, competitors chosen will qualify to be showcased in the 2012 PhotoFest Exhibition and judged by Colleen Miniuk-Sperry, Floris van Breugel, Bobbie Goodrich, Rob Sheppard and Jack Dykinga.



Contest Prize & TERMS

PRIZE DETAILS: Contest winners will be selected for the Sedona PhotoFest 2012 Exhibition by a panel of jurors. From the PhotoFest Exhibition, winners will be selected for sponsor prizes. Prizes will be provided by Rollies Cameras representing Nikon products, A Day in the West Photography Tours, PhotoExpress and ImageMasters.

COPYRIGHT: Photographer retains all copyrights.

USAGE RIGHTS: By entering the photographer grants Sedona Photofest non-exclusive rights to reproduce submitted photos for Sedona Photofest promotional, exhibition and educational purposes. Whenever possible published/displayed images will be credited to the photographer.
