IFC, through its Conflict Affected States in Africa (CASA) Initiative, and This is Africa, a Financial Times publication, are holding a photo contest to highlight the positive impact that private sector businesses are having in African countries that are rebuilding after conflict.
The competition is being held to coincide with the ‘Business after Conflict’ conference, which is supported by This is Africa, IFC, and the World Bank. The conference will be held in Nairobi on November 28.
Contest Prize & TERMS
PRIZE DETAILS: First Prize: $500 (or equivalent in local currency) and a framed version of the winning photograph.
A number of semi-finalists (the number to be determined by IFC) will receive framed versions of their photographs.
