Our privacy policy may change from time to time and you will be made aware of this by the last updated date that is displayed at the bottom of this document. It is your responsibility to ensure you stay informed and up to date with our policy so we recommend you visit this page on a regular basis.

Cookies
Cookies are small text files that reside on your computer, they do not allow us access to your computer nor any personal information except information you choose to provide us. PCN uses cookies to enable us to identify, and allow you access to certain areas and to remember preferences you choose. They also stop us requesting repetitive information. You can choose to disable cookies within your browser settings, but in doing so this will disable some of the interactive features available to you through PCN and some other sites you may visit..

Competitions, Network Forums
We monitor areas of PCN where messages are posted, but we are under no obligation to do so. Any messages and any other information disclosed within these areas of PCN become public information and you should use caution regarding your personal information such as telephone numbers and email addresses. In order to maintain site content and thread continuity, we will not remove or delete any threads, posts or comments unless we feel they are in breach of our terms and conditions.

Personal Information
We regard personal information as first and last name, telephone numbers, physical home or work address, including email address and other personal contact information. We do not collect this information unless you submit it to us, you are free to view the site without doing so.

You can change any submitted information yourself from your user control panel, If you wish to remove your personal information then you need to contact us.

Communication
Various aspects of the site will send email communication/notification such as threads, competitions reminders. Other communications are newsletters that are sent out periodically to keep you informed about PCN. You can un-subscribe from these communications from within your control panel and/or via any 3rd party service providers we use.

Third Parties
Although we may communicate messages from third parties regarding promotions, special offers, competitions and anything that would be useful to you, your details will not be sold or passed to third parties, unless we are required to do so by law, or in order to fulfil any contest prizes that we may run from time to time.

Copyright
The ownership of the copyright to any photos uploaded to PCN Remains with the photographer, however, by uploading such content to PCN, you are deemed to have given your permission for its use for that purpose. If off line publication of a photo is required, then we will first obtain permission from the copyright owner and where ever possible credit will be given to yourself.

Liability
PCN does not control, nor endorse, or accept responsibility for any competitions, products, data, services, information or content offered by third parties throughout the PCN site.
