Prize Draw T&C’s

1. This prize draw is open to International entrants aged 18 or over.

2. The Promotion is not open to employees of PCN or any of their subsidiaries, their families, any agents or anyone professionally associated with this competition.

3. By entering, all entrants will be deemed to accept these terms and conditions, including the Privacy policy set out below.

4. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.

5. To enter the Prize Draw, please complete the details on the online entry form before the end of the month. Entries received after the Closing Date will rollover to the next prize draw.  Non winning entries will automatically be rolled over to the next prize draw.

6. Only one entry per person is permitted.

7. Incomplete entries and entries from third party agents or bulk entries will not be eligible for the Prize Draw. PCN will not be responsible for any entries that are not received by it for any reason, by the Closing Date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.

8. One winner of this Prize Draw will be drawn at random from all complete entries received on or before the Closing Date. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Prize Draw will take place within 7 days of the Closing Date although PCN reserves the right to delay the timing of the Prize Draw at its discretion.

9. The winner will be notified by email, using the address submitted on the entry form. PCN will endeavour to notify the winner within 7 days of the Prize Draw taking place. To claim the prize, the winner must confirm their contact information and provide PCN with their Paypal email address by close of business on the 14th day following the date of notification to the winner by email. Payment will then be made to the winner via Paypal as set out in paragraph 11

10. If the winner fails to contact PCN as set out in paragraph 9, the email sent to the winner is returned as undeliverable or the winner declines the prize, the winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn at random in the same manner and notified as set out in paragraph 9 above.

11. The prize is $25 which will be paid in to winners paypal account, PCN will not be responsible for any fees applied to the transaction by paypal.

12. Details of the winner will be published as soon as reasonably practicable after the date of the Prize Draw.

13. The prize is not transferable.

14. You agree to PCN using the details provided for the prize draw as set out in our privacy policy

15. PCN reserves the right to (a) award an alternative prize of equal or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to vary, amend or withdraw this competition on reasonable notice.
